Ariel Atom 3 (300 PS) specs

Pretty impressive

They created Ariel Atom 3.5R based on this model.
It will have 355 hp, lower weight and better suspension.

Its actually not that bad, It can become dangerous if your not carefull, or going to fast, other then that its pretty fun, only downside is getting wet. My wife a few years ago was blasting one of these round a circuit, and it suddenly rained, I was in the drivers seat,(She wasn't wearing appropriate clothing for wet weather-_-) Fun car, but not a good car for the UK.

One piece of advice: wear a helmet at ALL times. Of course, that's a given in a car like this, which is meant purely for track use. But on the road, those front wheels have a tendency to fling road debris right back into your face, and the faster you're going, the faster the pebbles will come flying at you. Like a firing squad packing BB guns.

@ Antflies: I hope you have another more practical car if you consider trading in your Lotus Exige for an Ariel Atom, this car looks to be a pain in the butt to drive in the rain, no roof, no windshield. First time I saw a picture of an Atom, I asked myself, "Where's the rest of it?" It's as fast as heck, though, I'll bet it's a blast to drive on a nice day.

I have a 2010 Exige and was considering swapping for an Atom 3 SC.

I hope it is a decision I don't regret.

Wings make little difference as the adjustable angle is small. Otherwise you could end up killing the car and/or your self with to much adjustment. the car is after all still road legal!!! Looks good with the rear wind though...

A truly amazing machine, corner speed is so high and the acceleration; Bonkers. I say this as a rider of a 2011 Kawasaki ZZR1400. Mate took his Atom 3 (supercharged and upgraded)to the Isle of Man. What a drive! The world goes slower once you've experienced a supercharged Atom.

One admits that today's life seems to be expensive, nevertheless different people need cash for various things and not every man earns enough money. Therefore to get quick business loans and financial loan should be a proper solution.

Does somebody knows 0-250kph, or 0-150mph time?
Also, how much downforce give the optional front and rear spoiler on this car?

It is a street legal car. I've seen one on the street in Florida where a front plate isn't required.

Went round the nurburgring in it for the first time ever as a passenger twice, drove round myself once, absolutely mind boggling through the bends. Mind you we were proper rookie drivers because everything was flying past us you have to no the racing line but it was the best experience i've ever had checkout the pictures one is of me posing next to the car outside the grand prix hotel in nurburgring the other one is of this guy i met in somerset his names Steve he is doing a lap in his ATOM 300 at SPA ..... WHAT A MOTOR .....

the Atom 3 is the current in production version... look at http://www.arielmotor.co.uk/ ..the Atom 3 is little bit wider to have space for larger guys and the latest version of the Civic Type R engine.. little bit wieder tires and many other smal modifications..
