Hello. May I ask if you used any special trick to achieve the 8.3s 0-100 figure? On several internet videos, the figure is over 9s and the nominal (given by BMW) is 8.7s.
Only a Russian has managed under 9secs and that by beginning his run when the revs/min were over 2000.
I am not doubting anything, I am just curious.. Thanks

Lol why did we even bother adding this. The 235i sure.... but this doesn’t even have half of the power. Gosh, still can’t get over BMW going FWD, then going all “sporty” with their M-sport styling. This car reminds me of a Lexus ES200 F-sport. Gotta go with the mad muscular sport styling to hide the fact you drive something that is super mundane like a 3 cylinder 138hp engine, which you overpaid for so that you can say you drive a BMW.
I’d be much happier about the 1 series some 15 years ago where the car looked like a normal bland hatchback, but had a NA 3.0 liter I6 with 260hp, RWD, 50/50 weight distribution.

It was featured in Auto Bild and it's more interesting than most stuff they show there. At least its not a crossover :D

Does the name 218i makes any sense?
It has a 1.5 liter engine and it's not producing 180 hp.
Same with the Mercedes CLA 180.

Names stopped making sense long time ago.
