Much heavier than the 718 at the same price. What is so special for the CS that justifies +30k€? Is it the price of the better 718 GT4?

It have lots of carbon fiber parts. Still heavy tho.

Yeah the price is similar to an M2 Comp loaded with M Performance carbon fiber parts.

Indeed it's in the price range of Cayman GT4 or even 911 or BMW M4. It's only worth it, if you are a fan of the brand I think, and you want to have something special. The M2 Competition is just +- half the Price of the CS (50000 Euro in Germany) and on regular road it's just as fun I believe. And if you look for an absolute track tool, you will never consider a 1600kg car anyway??!

If you like expensive Carbon parts & stuff and monney is not the problem, the M2 CS is a noble, classy version of the M2

It still has 4 seats and it's more comfortable than a gt4. Its performances are close to those of a 992 Carrera S on a track, and superior to those of an M4 or a base 992 Carrera. Truth be told, the cup2 tyres play a role in the laptimes, but the car is still remarkable, even if you're not a fan of the brand

Given the price difference, I’d just stick to the M2 competition... but then the Toyota Supra has proven itself to be more than a match to the M2 comp despite less power, ie, it handles better and comes with a longer warranty. Might as well get rhat

Dialed up the power some more and dialed up the price a lot more.

Ok.. it's lighter too.
