The ferrari tailor made stuff generally doesnt appeal to me, but the retro livery on this 12c is very cool. Its a shame this is a 200k option.

I have been trying to figure out how I would define retroslop and I found on insta a guy who has done a very good job putting it into words, though about movies rather then cars. This is more or less how I feel about all of these cars designed after older better cars. We, as car enthusiasts, should act more like a movie critic then as a random movie goer. There should not be such a laissez faire attitude to company's like Ferrari, or porsche, or any other brands, stopping innovation in design. Ferrari, before this current series of cars, was on a generational run with the F12 and 812, and then they go back to copying the 365 daytona like its the 1980s again, and people just seem to accept this and not think critically about it. Cars are art. We should know this better then anyone as people who have dedicated so much time into them. And since they are art, they should be treated like art. And this repetitive and derivative nonsense should not be treated so much likes it fine. [Note that I am writing this at 1:30 am local time, it might nkt make alot of sense, sorry]

Fascinating way of doing this. Put the fake part to one side, they used the same automatic but emulated the whole manual behaviour using replicated traditional controls and a bunch of software. It's a DCT with more steps to bring back driver engagement. It even comes with fake stalls lol.

It may not be a traditional manual, but the concept is absolutely fascinating regardless.

the manual introduction was to recover from the luce's backlash all over the internet lol

this car won't drive better than gt3 manual and will be a lot slower at the track against a gt3 and not even close to dct time, it weighs a lot and the ride is soft as a plush office chair.

it will most likely be a garage queen and an investment, nothing special.

the best part is, it's limited to few of their idiot customers that put down a deposit for the luce lol

this will remain the last true v12 n/a ferrari and the best manual they ever built, everything else they have on sale today is bunch of digital bs that will black out, which comes from apple's recycle bin.

There are rumours circulating that Manual version of this is about to be launched in July cavalcade, it will be semi-manual similar to koeinegseg cc850, honestly I can't comprehend the resale value of this, non hybrid, non turbo charged manual ferrari, will be the most desirable car in the market

Even with the lacking 200 hp, if I had to choose between Revuelto and 12Cilindri, I'd just take the Ferrari over it. It may not be the best looking, but considering how many bugs and issues the early Lambos had, it's not worth making that sacrifice.
