We should separate the cars: F40 LM, F40 GTE, and F40 GTE II.

@humana

0-100 - 3.1
Top speed - 367 km/h
1000 m - 19.1 (factory test with Dario Benuzzi on Nardo track)
Fiorano lap time - 1:19.00 ( this time was published on book in link below) -

Are you sure it was just 19.1 on the 0-1000 meters from 0? Can you give me the source. Thanks.
Because that time seems not so fast for that kind of car.
At Fiorano, Benuzzi did a best lap 1:18, speed trapping 275 kph on the main straight. That's a reason why 19.1 seems not so fast, the standard F40 speed was 225.
Another point is the fact that the Dauer 962 was able to run the standing km, it was said, in 17.8. The F40LM was surely less tractable when starting from a standing start because of racing distribution timing than the Dauer, but that time seems high for me. Moreover the 0-100 kph was claimed 3.1s, it was not around 4s, so... My guess it was more like 18.1s.

Before the year ends? It is not as cut and dry as you may think, dealing with massive data sets
