Mustangs are so confusing. Mark V looks like has had two facelifts - 2010 and 2013. I hate facelifts. :D Especially if there are more than 1 in a generation.

I will delete this page. Changes from 2011 are negligible.

@Viking Thanks,
guess I would have never thought driver error could make such a difference. My question now would be why all of the sudden add amateur lap times given all others were done by pro/intermediate drivers.

Yes i added that laptime awhile back, just click on the time to see why it ran that time.

@ROD it apparently was an amateur driver without competition experience. I think it just shows the difference in skill an experienced professional driver can make. A pro driver would probably be 11 or 12 seconds quicker. A former amateur competitor like myself would only be about 6 seconds quicker. ;) Hopefully one of the magazines will use a new Boss 302 in a comparison test at Willow Springs so we can have a better lap time.

Where'd that lap time come from? Seems awfully slow given the Mustang GT did a 1:37.60 at that same track.

Displacement for Coyote V8 is 4951cc or 5.0L or 302 cid, not 305 cid.

Wow, the best American car even created. New rear light make it much more stylish and fresh. Weight is very good especially compared to other muscles like Camaro and Challenger. i did not like Ford Mustang even with new 5.0, but this 302 Boss is another story. Hope it comes to europe.
