Glenn Quagmire 4d ago @FastestLaps
man, if that was really John Glenn, that ban's gonna have a huge impact on him.. this is why I don't put my real name out for people to see...especially not on public forums like this one
FastestLaps 4d ago @Glenn Quagmire
Don't tell me you're not actually in a quagmire and don't come from the Quagmire familiy
JustSomeDude 4d ago @Glenn Quagmire
Pretty sure it was some random person messing around or AI. Half of almost every post barely made proper sense lol
FastestLaps 4d ago @JustSomeDude
Slop = strictly haram. There are plenty of places to go if you want to communicate with bots. Half of tweets on Twitter are bots, half of YT shorts are slop etc etc
JustSomeDude 4d ago @FastestLaps
Yep. Those places are so much worse now that they're flooded with bot accounts
FastestLaps 4d ago @Yewnos100
Infested by a now global Crucifying Slopocracy SkunkGPT; history repeating!
Very Eewish 🙊🔥👍🙃
Glenn Quagmire 4d ago @JustSomeDude
ANTISEMITIC bot account is next level wild, and @FastestLaps I am a sort of a quagmire

The updated Mustang GTD is rumored to have around 1000 hp. I hope they made it lighter in the process, because just adding power is not shaving off 11 seconds especially in the faster times.
DodgeHEMI426 2w ago
200+ hp in combination with the reworked aero could for sure amount to 11 seconds. I wouldn't count on much weight being removed as that is an issue that inherently bases within the underpinnings of the car.
JohnGlenn2 2w ago
Chassis stiffening as well I believe. Besides being so heavy flies in the face of white elephants like Bugatti and several fluffy Ferrari's$ LOL
I say the Tesla opened this door!
JohnGlenn2 2w ago
And in retrospect I'm thinking perhaps its weight and the 1000 HP will net a 2.2s 0-60 and Hypercar status similarly to the electric cars.🤔
That would be great Henry Ford but we didn't listen to you enough about some things, I'm afraid!😳 ,
JohnGlenn2 1w ago @JohnGlenn2
The C6 ZR1 was programmed to seriously squat for weight transfer on take off; C7 probably the same. The GTD would makes sense as being so too! I don't know a commercial showed it seriously burning rubber. That and drifting basically aren't what you pay big bucks for! It's Sweet Handling, and speed!😁
JohnGlenn2 2w ago
So the GTD might have beaten everything to date, less the AMG One, but it still probably isn't quick enough off the line to be a Hypercar, and the state of the art!?🤔
Have a way of putting things!🖕

This car is so ridiculously fast,I timed a clip of it acceleration 100 to 200 in 5.9+2.9 for the 0 100 thats a potential 8.8 second 0 200 which is as fast as a flippin avendator but cheaper
JohnGlenn2 5m ago
Huh, my prescription for the ZR1X too Perhaps more downforce on a heavier car delaminates its tires or just plane melts them? If we don't see it work I'm betting that's the problem.

747whp. Certainly more power than what Ford claim. Which would make sense given how much punch the car still has despite the weight
ZR1X2025 6m ago
@FastestLaps when can I become a member? How do I get to become one? Is there a waiting list?
humana 6m ago
We finally have a downforce claim for the GTD, and its 885 Kg @ 180 mph, which is equal to:
421.6 @ 200
658.7 @ 250
948.9 @ 300

I told him we couldn't see everything that could be going on under the car. Boy I hope a dynamic ZR1X shows up with just big static track day aero on it.
In front there are hydraulically controlled flaps that work with all the underbody aerodynamic panels to suck the front of the car down.

I didn't see this one, and it's good! The Track Pack is explained! And a thumb down doesn't necessarily depict error.👍
Furthermore, it makes sense even this 4400lb car is done, well!
As I just finally said above - https://www.autoblog.com/news/how-a-tiny-3d-printed-part-made-the-mustang-gtd-faster-than-every-ferrari
Conversation with myself can work too! LOL
(Nascar grill tape or rear spring rubber same same!)🧐
Anyway, a ZR1X version of this is easy money!

And a nostalgic/ more economical E-ray Zora GS sub7!?

AI Overview or humana!?🤫
Introducing the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD: Track-Inspired Power ...
The Mustang GTD utilizes significant downforce through an active rear wing, front splitter, and underside aero management for enhanced track performance, generating over 1,900 pounds of downforce at 180 mph with its optional track pack. The GTD's advanced aerodynamics are inspired by its Mustang GT3 race car sibling and feature computer-controlled flaps and channels under the car to optimize airflow, balance, and grip for high-speed cornering.
Trac Pac!? Are they going back in cooler weather next month. I think I might have noticed a bigger rear plane in a picture but maybe they are offering it watered down. Getting this big boy 4s should be doable everything else being equal if it can pull enough top end (used ~188 of 202mph). Fun concept no matter what but fitting given their kind of Balls with this! The man Henry Ford!😎
JohnGlenn2 7m ago
Looks like my timing at least in regard to the GTD is pretty good if I do say so myself!
