I got to drive one of these today. After living with ICE cars all of my life, the experience of an EV, even a "modestly" powerful EV, is uniquely breathtaking. I'm still not sold on the design of this specific car, the weird ball gear select thing puts me off, but I would be interested in a facelift of this car, when and if they fix the interior.

Hello everyone.
Having read the full 8 page road test for the Genesis GV60 Sport Plus, I thought that Autocar were nitpicking from time to time. However I found this fully electric crossover a good car.
The shape might not be to everyone's approval, but I doubt very much if I will ever see one of these on the streets of Dublin as Genesis cars are not being imported here yet. I do admire its coupe styling and its rear spoiler in the pictures as do Autocar. It has a very pleasant interior with lots of leather. So it must smell lovely inside.
4.5 stars are about right for the acceleration figures. The car has identical 0-120 mph time as the Bentley Flying Spur Hybrid of 14.4 seconds. I find that interesting. Autocar says that the GV60 doesn't have the sharp handling of the Kia EV6. But it has 4 wheel drive.
It is an expensive car in the UK. After all the optional extras fitted it costs over £75,000. Real electric range is over 200 miles - not bad. Autocar placed in 2nd place behind the BMW i4 M50. But I would never buy that car because if its ugly front grill.
Safe driving from Flt 158
