there's a new aero / suspension package for the Ioniq 5 N called the "Drift King Edition" I don't particularly like the way it looks. doesn't warrant a page though: https://www.carscoops.com/2025/01/hyundai-teases-ioniq-5-n-drift-king-edition-for-tokyo/

@FastestLaps i think this would be a better main picture because it highlights the Ioniq 5 N's beauty.

AMG GT vs Ionic 5N seems the particular Mercedes car is a tad slow compared to average test results, 0-100 km/h in 3.2 sec and 0-400m in 11.2 sec, so it should be equal or a bit faster than Hyundai. Value for money acceleration the EV is fast. Not sure how it would fare against Tesla LG battery version, EU and other parts of the world, not US (it has Panasonic and puts out about 635 hp) LG puts out about 75 hp less!

The Ioniq 5 N is an absolute bargain for what you get. I'm starting to see why people are willing to buy electric cars when plenty of companies are willing to scam you for similar performance out of the box with ICE engines.

I know a lot of people exaggerate how bad electric cars are, but this is truly atrocious. A small bump on the highway and you need a $60k CAD battery replacement which costs more than a new car? Hyundai didn't even bother to look if the battery was damaged. THey just said, nope, we not touching that car. Just buy another one. So much for being green.

I wanna hate on it, but then I kind of dig it. 641hp is overkill imo. 500hp would have been more than enough for such a car... suv. looks great tho.
