This should have been allowed in 2024 LeMans as a wildcard / garage 56 entry. Would scare the crap out of everybody on straights, including LMP1 hypercars 😂

the peak speed of the XJR-9 was 245 mph (logged by jaguar in 1988). but the ultra long straight is gone, so i dont think it would beat the current LMH cars, maybe being a contender for low LMH/ high LMP2

It would not beat LMH for sure, handling nowhere near as good. Would only scare them pretty good. It would un-overtake and unlap itself multiple times on the (shortened) straight bits and would make for hilarious watching.
