Top Gear DRIVE the 2022 Lamborghini Countach! £2.2 million pounds of "exquisiteness!"

 

It was a part of my younger years no doubt, it was part of EVERYONE'S.

But it was the Lamborghini Diablo that stunned me. YEARS before the Mclaren F1 or Jaguar XJ220.

I'm awaiting the new hybrid.

Dry weight to curb weight conversion:
official = 1595 kg
FUEL TANK: 70 liters (18.4925 US gal)
ENGINE OIL: 13 liters (3.435 US gal)
ENGINE COOLANT: 25 liters (6.605 US gal)

There is 6.152 pounds (or 2.7905 kilograms) per gallon of gas; 7.636 pounds (or 3.4636 kilograms) per gallon of crude oil; 8.329 pounds (or 3.7778 kilograms) per gallon of room-temperature water (that is the equivalent to engine coolant).

18.4925x6.152 = 113-114 pounds
3.435x7.636 = 26-27 pounds
6.605x8.329 = 55 pounds

113.5+26.5+55 in addition to 3516 lb = 3711 pounds.

Another way to do it is like this, take GVWR rating of 2100 kg and subtract by 150 kg (two average drivers) and 63 kg (luggage compartment, or cargo capacity, advertised in liters) and the actual estimated curb weight is 1887 kg.

Either one is hard to do because it vaguely accounts for the car's dry or curb weight itself. The former is more of a race curb weight to street curb weight conversion, while the latter is more of a gross weight to curb weight conversion with the average weight of two drivers.

For simulation purposes, I will multiply each of the additions to the dry weight by 2; ex. 113.5 x 2 = 227.

EDIT:
3516+((18.4925x6.152)x2)+((3.435x7.636)x2)+((6.605x8.329)x2) = 3906 lb (or 1772 kg) curb weight, although likely a perfect blend with Euro-spec and US-spec models.

The front and the side is fine but that Sian rear should be completely redesigned to at least not be recognized as a Sian knock off and as a redesign of Countach
