There is no concrete weight for anything. Some manufacturers publish EU curb weight, some publish DIN, some publish dry weight, others might publish weight with all fluids except fuel etc.
Just have to accept the fact that weight is never just one single number, it is a messy range. Only for your particular car in one particular moment will it be one concrete number.
For this Diablo weight you have to subtract 75 kg for driver, because it is probably EU curb weight. Harry Metcalfe (just like anyone else who is sane) weights his cars without driver.
