There is no way a Maserati Grecale is a compact SUV, even though it's marketed as one. It is much, much larger than the well-known D-segment SUVs, including its stablemate the Alfa Stelvio. The SWB Jeep Grand Cherokee is what this thing actually is closer to, and that's a midsize (and E-segment, even!) SUV.
It's bigger than the Toyota 4Runner and Honda Passport which ALSO are midsize.
