More graceful alternative to the Porsche Cayenne, that everyone else already has...

In this 590 PS form also monster fast. 3.6 to 100 kph is supercar territory.

Cayenne is bigger, however.

What did I say that hurt your ego

User avatar

Shwingbob that’s exactly what I meant :) their sedans are unimpressive performance wise, this is more impressive

RWD is what makes their launch starts not as good as the AWD SUV... if they had AWD they would absolutely beat the SUV, now get back to riding your mom's rav4

Hostboy is crying guys! Also I don’t have a rav4 (actually a very decent car especially the prime).

Are you a 12 year old who can't differentiate the words "fast" and "quick"? The Levante sure is quick, because of its AWD system, which makes up for its heavy weight. It's not as fast from a dig or past 60 mph as a Ghibli or a Quattroporte which have RWD and are much, much lighter and more aerodynamic.

There are some rare exceptions that allow an AWD car to be faster than a RWD counterpart, like the M xDrive and AMG 4MATIC+ systems. Those systems are very advanced, unlike Maserati's Q4 system which is basically the same as the Durango's not-so-advanced AWD system, and not even from the SRT or Hellcat version but the R/T model. MASERATI DOES NOT have the development money to install an advanced AWD system into their cars!!!

M xDrives and AMG 4MATIC-Pluses don't suffer from any more drivetrain losses compared to their RWD counterparts.
