Hello @RickyAstle98, do you have the Sport Auto super test scans (02/2016) for this car? And if so, could you provide those scans over here?

Many Thanks

Does the AMG version still have a Renault engine, like the other petrol A classes?

Beat Audi TT RS and Ford Focus RS in Autocar comparison test:

Too bad this track config of Oulton Park is not one of the 3 recognized ones.

Weren't the FQ EVO- s some sort of tuner cars? Made by some tuning/racing car builder (Ralliart?), and then sold by official Mitsu dealers?

worst, the Mitsu needed an engine rebuild every year. this has a full merc waranty (although nothing like the 5-7 years from econ brands)

Piorun, the Mitsu FakQ440 doesn't really count. It requires almost race-car like maintenance schedule. It's almost no better than a "tuner" car.

This car is testament to modern manufacturing processes - more precision, better materials and what seemed impossible becomes possible.

Still, internal combustion engine will never be as good as electric motor.

The sky may be the limit. But I never thought I'd live to see the day a car with a 4 cylinder engine comes out of the factory with 375 horsepower.

375 hp from 2.0 hatch, wow, what is the limit? However Mitsu build some limited versions of Evo FQ440 not so far ago also from 2 liter turbo.
