Seems very similar to CLA 35 AMG. But I think this is long wheelbase non-CLA A-series sedan... I am confused 🙃

The car is specifically made for Chinese market, since the manufacturers has found that notch back cars are more welcomed by local consumers.

many manufacturers make special long wheelbase versions for china. The most Chinese consumers think cars as only tools so they want them bigger and more pratical.😂

however many so-called car lovers hate the long wheelbase cars and criticize their handling so mercedes have to take this car for a laptime to prove it

I also read somewhere that in China sedans are considered more "prestigious" and there are huge sales for things like Bentleys and S class Mercedes, A8L etc.
In Europe we don't mind hatchbacks & wagons. Actually, in my country wagon/estate body versions are actually more prolific than sedans.
