I can imagine some crazy electric motor conversion for this... The aero is probably very good and weight is extremely low.

Battery conversion would make it a lot heavier, of course, as that single cylinder 2 stroke weighs next to nothing.

If they made a car like this with elongated tail and longer overall wheelbase, that would be absolute speed demon. Think about the human powered (pedal driven) velomobiles and what crazy speeds can they achieve with less than 1 horsepower.
