This is a rare Pontiac. This H/O version is not factory option but, it's dealer option. It has similar tune up like older Ram Air cars. The production number is unknown and probably not too much because Oil Crisis. A year later, a dealer from Chicago release this car:
which become this car rivals.

If this is a one off car at the dealer souped up that it really is not a production car it is just a modified car by adealer.
