When top speed is unknown there is simply nothing to add. It doesn't matter what vague estimations someone says about the car, even if that someone is from within the car company. Either they release official top speed or not.
Racecars generally don't have top speeds, they don't really make much sense. Even less sense than for road cars (that could at least go on autobahn).
