The star ship enterprise handles better than the ZR1 and the MF5 and is 100,000 times faster.

Nordschleife time? There is a big diference if it's done by a big manufacturer like Nissan or Chevrolet that spends a full week at the Ring preparing, adjusting and waiting for the perfect lap or a magazine test that have 1 day no mather what , to test allthe cars they have! That said, I have Tuned 2010 Z06 and I love the Weismann, not so much it's price:(

I think it looks like a rip off of an old school Jag. As far as the interior goes its 2013....I want technology and a lot of it.

The ZR-1 is fun, extremely fast, but that is about it.

The MF5 sounds better, is more fun, and has way higher building quality, especially regarding the interior, where is spent my time driving the thing, so I need it to be excellent in order to not be disappointed every time I get into a car that cost a fortune, which the ZR-1 still does, even if it is less expensive than other cars.

Sportauto explain the \"slow\" laptime on the Ring with the ultra direct steering which makes it difficult to hold the perfect line... other than ultra flat smooth GP tracks the northloop is bumpy with lot of up and down sections wich makes the car nervus.
The tester claims at the northloop the GT5 requires very high driver conentration at the limit ... again sportauto has only three laps for the time attack... a big disadvantage for fast cars that needs expert driving skills and experiense with the car to get the perfromance unpluged out of the car..
Patrik Simon the driver how did the LUK driving center time claimed exatly the same... he said driving the GT5 at the limit is hard work behind the wheel... but done right its big fun and very fast..

This car makes you think what with that Ring time so, its so far off the GT2 and ZR1 time there, but close on everywhere else? either someone has lied bout the times, or something went wrong, driver maybe?

You still couldntbe more wrong, The ZR1 does not look like any other Corvette, neither does the GT2 look lie any other 911, and yeah its preettty obvious we share different tastes lol and i never said the V10 sounded like shit, i said it sounded like shit compared to the ZR1, its a great sounding engine no doubt about that, but compared to the ZR1, it might as well be a lawnmower.

you are wrong..or we have a different taste... the ZR1 looks like any other Corvette because it is a Corvette... nothing to discuss about... and the GT2 looks like any other 911 because it is a 911... there is NOTHING wrong.. most people not into cars see it exactly that way..
first time I heard someone calling the BMW M5 V10 sounds like shit..you need to adjust your ears...

The ZR1 looks like any other Corvette exactly like a GT" looks like any other 911.

LOL Ummm No,You couldnt be More wrong.

And in My opinion, the MF5's V10 sounds like shit compared to the ZR1's V8, No comparison.

The ZR1 looks like any other Corvette exactly like a GT" looks like any other 911... sure perfromance is impressive, but with the Wiesmann you get nearly the same perfromance but a lot more style and exotic touch and a nicely build interior... and in my opinion the BMW V10 in the MF5 sounds better than the ZR1 V8..

Even at €145,000 the ZR1 is still a Bargain. and i would take the ZR1 hands down, it looks better and sounds better and Funner to drive, the GT2 comes next followed by the MF5, but i am surprised the GT2 is €10,000's more than the Wiesmann, the Wiesmann look like it would be atleats €40,000 more.

179,000Euro is 10,000Euro cheaper than a GT2... and in Germany not much more expansive than a ZR1 (~ 145,000Euro) which is pretty expansive in Europe and far away from being the bargain it is in the USA...

I would take for sure the Weismann... the most exotic, best looking and a absolute eye catcher..

No number limits (Wiesmann has build so far ~1000 cars of their MF3 MF4 and MF5 GT and Roadster model range) price for the MF5 GT starts at 179,000Euro and is build to exact customers whish. The customer can choose from 400different leather colors, even the color of the stiching could be choosen.. and they are build in one of the coolest looking factorys... their plant looks like a giant Geko their logo

The Corvette ZR1 wasn't driven with the same driver as MF5 GT. I guess it'll probably be faster if Patrick Simon had driven the ZR1

here you see a track test of the MF5 GT at the LUK driving center were it beat a Porsche GT3 RS and is only 0.02s slower than the ZR1... the guy driving the car is Partick Simon a professinal race driver and booked by companys to set northloop records...

the MF5 GT is the lightest of all 3 (GT2 ZR1 MF5 GT) high perfromance engine with ultrafast SMG tranny. according to all tester superb handling in the hand of experts extrem quick same power to weight ratio than the GT2 (~363hp/to and only slightly worse than the ZR1 417hp/to) perfect weight balance.. steering from BMW e90 M3 brakes from the M3 (in a lighter car!)
there is nothing realy surprising about the MF5 GT track perfromance..
