SC 430 wasn’t that bad it definitely isn’t amazing but definitely better than all the cars here

Actually the Lexus SC430 is a very luxurious and reliable car. It is not a sports car and isn't very good for fast driving. I owned one for awhile and it had a really neat folding top, lots of leather and wood in the interior as well as good fit and finish. The navigation system wasn't very good, but the sound system was fine. It really only lacked the sport part, but that is an important omission. I traded it for the C6 Corvette.

In terms of expectations vs the previous SC I'd say there's a good argument made here.

Far from the worst of all time though. The car just wasn't (tbh even now isn't) really appreciated. A big disappointment but that's the most of it really. It was still a luxury Toyota.

As crappy as the old eastern block cars were, they were at least made of metal and their windows were made of glass. Even glass windows are not something you can take for granted in modern ultra economy cars.
