Tough call but I think I'd give it to Giugiaro. Man had his hand in the pot of so many famous cars and brands you could almost argue he defined a whole generation.
The others are certainly big too but Giugiaro pops up literally everywhere. When your CV is headlined by cars like the Volkswagon Golf, Fiat Panda, Hyundai Sonata, Excel, Saab 9000, and goes on for several pages, he could've just about walked into any designer job during his career. In fact he probably did.
