I'd say Lancia. Their only model for the last 4 decades has been an A-Segment city car, their last "decent" cars were upbadged chryslers and the only time they could have had a chance of rebirth, they were called "Dead brand" by the CEO.
Now they are upbadged peugeots.

That was my second pick. I also dont know why you have caddy or ford there, Ford was in a golden period between 2016-2019, and caddy is in a golden age actively
