I suspect these tests were done on completely cold tires. The acceleration and deceleration figures would match perfectly with the problems cold semi slicks come with.

A modern supercar with aggressive expensive “grippy” tires in the real world actually provide very little grip at all if the car isn’t driven aggressively to put heat into the tires first.
