He wasn't driving leisurely. He couldn't 'attack' it because he would be drifting or spinning at every corner and even in a straight line.

Yes it did, I am surprised, Id never thought we would get a laptime for the ST1.

However, During the lap, The STig was driving EXTREMELY leisurly, Shifting like everyday, Didn't even have his foot down full at anytime. But he was being cautious, 1105Bhp Rwd and a manual with no electronic interference...in the WET. Cant blame him for not wanting to get killed, But still, If it were a dry track, And the Stig put his all into it, We would have seen a HUGE improvement.

But heres the test.
