GT63 s is much faster than M5 on pretty much every track. It's just much better car.

Yeah, I think they specifically mark the Cup tyre laps in their lists. Club circuit time is on Cup 2 (semi slicks). GP lap apparently not.
There are other factors which can account for the large difference between this and M5 time - maybe weather was worse for BMW, maybe it just wasn't a good lap for the driver.
And who knows - maybe they had a very lively example of AMG (more power than advertised) and dead example of M5 (less than advertised) :D

Yeah the only M5 vs GT63S head to head test on equal tires/equal conditions/same driver proved that the M5 is slightly quicker around track.

honestly, even if the same tire type, the GT63s has much wider tires to begin with. It's always going to have more raw mechanical grip, at the expense of steering feel and what not. I always expected the GT63 to be a proper chassis that handled better, but in reality it's just a stiffened E63s with fatter tires.
