And that 323KPH was achieved with a ridiculous 320-300 meters braking point, where an F1 car in qualifying does 335KPH with DRS but braking at less than half the distance ~150-125 meters. The SU7 Ultra Prototype mod (with GT3 race car level 700KG downforce/1,900KG weight at 200PKH) on AC simulation shows it can brake at the 200-meter board with a similar top speed of 322KPH.

You know that F1 cars have half of the power the SU7 does right? (~901 for races, 1080 for quali)

You need to get your math checked
F1 car has a sustained PU with over 1,000 PS
SU7 Ultra has 1,138KW/1,548PS Peak, and 640KW/870PS sustained

F1 cars are very light and have super-sticky tires which means they can generally brake later and enter corners faster :)

The FIA rulebook rules 795 kW for quali, 660 kW for races, unless you suspect a team of cheating, those are the hard limits

F1 has a sustained power of about 850hp from the ICE, and 160hp for 30s per lap.

There is NO FIA rulebook saying how much power they are allowed. There is only a limit to how much fuel is used, and how much electrical deployment. And there certainly isn't a difference in power between race and qualify. Anyone in the race can do a "qualifying" lap to get the fastest lap.
