The time is 2.95, so it's not "almost" sub 3-second, but it is sub-3 second for sure.
Of course, the precision of the device they used for recording this result is less than 0.05 seconds anyway so it's all a bit symbolic.

It's there. On the left column it says "time: 2.95". It's shown as 3.0 in other places only because there the 1/100th of seconds are rounded off and it becomes simply 3.0.
