The tyres are not cold. According to Sport Auto the 1st lap done with cold tyres is 7:25 minutes. 2nd one is the 7:21, and it's done at perfect condition of tyres and track. 992 Turbo S is faster on wet tracks. And that why it did a 7:17 on wet.
