Faster then the M4 GTS which was a manufacture time and this was a magazine time. Thats what surprises me the most

Lmao yeah, tbh I never liked the M4 GTS much, some of the lap times werent even that improved from the normal M4 and it costed a lot too (not like I'd ever be able to afford one 😂)

To be fair the BMW has a massive tire advantage. The others were just equipped with street tires and not semi-slick tires.
The M4 GTS was an utter disappointment. I remember how it was clearly beaten by the Mustang GT350 R with an equal power/weight-ratio and same tires - despite the Mustang being a manual trans car and only costing half as much.

I do remember everyone back in 2016 being utterly shocked at how well the GT350R did, I mean it beat a Ferrari 458 on Laguna Seca which is saying something, but yeah the M4 was a disappointment for how much it costed
