Yeah that's some BS right here. How in the world can a 500 hp car do low 10s 0-200 without some serious modifications, let alone keep up with something like a Maserati MC20 that's turbo'd and has more power? My guess is massive rollout or they really invest money into cheating with press cars.

Shit. I didn't look at at the averages. Does seem very odd doesn't it? A little. Are they're manual and PDK transmission variations causing the time differences?

The 911 GT3 has at least 520 flywheel hp. The 100-200km/h times vary eg the Porsche factory GT3 at the Nurb did 100-200km/h on a flat section in 7.1 sec. The Sport Auto GT3 did 7.2 sec on the same stretch. Other testers have done 7.4-7.5 sec so the bottom line is that the 0-100km/h time is the factor which will determine the 0-200km/h end result. Traction off the mark is the biggest variable and if you smoke the tyres and do the launch on a grippy road surface you could get low 10's but generally closer to 11 sec is more realistic in everyday conditions...

Maybe I'm clueless on p/w and modern transmission but if this is true it would hang with the 997 GT2 RS... which is just crazy

Yep the 8 speed PDK with more aggressive ratios and lightning shifts compared to the 6 speed manual pretty much bridges the hp gap...
