The Viper was also tested on a different day than the GT. They fudged some numbers to make it “seem” equal to or faster than the GT. Interestingly they did the exact same thing with the GT in a later test with the two Holy Trinity hypercars.
Car & Driver is the one publication to trust. They got 12.1 @ 121 which is more in-line with replicated numbers from independent sources.

The slowest production (not pre-production) GT went 12.0@123 in testing by the same guys, but the fastest ones went 11.6@128. But with the GT, it’s a driver skill thing since the old superchargers from back in the days were quite lagging and could only be inputted best by the driver.
