Pretty fast.

visually they aren't much different, but expert drivers say that the trofeos operate virtual slicks because you have to push them to get heat in them, and afterwards they'll be super sticky.

No doubt on track the trofeo Rs are much better, but don't come standard because the P1 is already quite a handful and using them on the road... you'd be crazy.

Jethro Bovingdon: "These Trofeos last about 5 laps - way more extreme than Cups by wear rate, at least."

does anyone know the difference in grip/laptimes between the trofeo R's and the Michelin Cup 2 tyres?

Why remove this time? It is the truth. This is the time the car did on its standard fitment tires (which were specially developed for the car). It is entirely appropriate to list both times - with standard and optional tires.

The LaFerrari has run here too but no lap has been said.

This time should be removed because it's causing the P1 vs 918 comparison to ignore the faster time, which is more appropriate since the 918's Michelin tyres are better than the P1's OEM Pirelli Corsas. The Trofeo R are an optional tyre.
