after reading this, it does say that it was damp and that plato was given only 15 minutes on the track, so if it was perfect conditions and had more time it could've been 2/3 seconds quicker

irrelevant time in an irrelevant track. i would have been much more interested in a full test, even without lap times, of laferrari by plato. he is the basically the only tester/driver in automotive media whose reviews i find balanced and not blatantly biased
