Look how usless those lap times are.
In factry lap times where they use almost 100% of the potential Cayenne GT is faster about 3 sec at over 7 minutes track which is Nurburgring, but here on 3 minutes track the difference is 10 seconds between those two :D

Probably one of the reasons is the tires. In the C&D test RS Q8 was wearing Continental SportContact 6, while at the Ring more performance oriented bespoke Pirelli tires were used.
