Looking at the video, the guy lost it multiple times.
At 1:48-1:53 and mainly at 6:46-6:50 where speed dropped of 20kph beefore the main straight.
Could have easily went under 7:30

Alfa Romeo seems to have deleted (made private) this onboard video. This is why I don't like linking to anything - even manufacturers do stupid things like this. More precisely - the stupid people who work in marketing.
