10.5 is horseshit, unless it's a rollout figure and even then, C&D only managed 11.0 with rollout, equivalent to 10.8 for Euro spec if you remove 200kg

US version curb weight is 1704 kg.
The car tested by quattroruote weighed 1715 with driver and measuring equipment.

The funny thing is that Maserati website claims that it weighs <1500kg(presumably a dry weight). I think it's about time that FastestLaps stops posting bullshit figures. 10.5@134mph is laughable...

I'd say it's possible only on prepped surface with rollout.

In addition the DA would need to be below sea level or it's not possible. C&D managed 11sec@131mph. Motorsport Magazine speedo 0-197km/h test took 9.9 sec. The 100-197km/h took 6.1 sec so if we added an additional 3km/h and factored in speedo overread it would be 6.3 sec. More bullshit figures i'm afraid...

Agreed. If we can't post 10.5 for a Dodge Hellcat Super Stock, then why is a 10.5 for an MC20 acceptable? Just because a mag tested a car doesn't make it a reliable source.

Auto is not even a globally verified magazine like C/D, M/T and Quattroruote are

The Portofino M and Roma will even have a hard time doing under 11.5@127+mph in the ┬╝mile on a good day. The MC20 is probably going to be even slower in an average test.

Aside from their weight distribution, these Baby-Ferraris are not ANY faster than a base Hellcat, let alone a Redeye. Other exotics will put them to SHAME.

This maserati is amazing - but it wont do near a mid 10 1/4. Even 11.0 with rollout is best scenario on the road.
