Lap times at any track prove nothing unless they're all on a similar compound tyre. Obviously a street tyre, on any car, will result in a slower lap than if it was on a R spec tyre so these comparisons are BS, end of story...

I'm sorry honzakoubek, but you can't say a priori that Porsche is faster than Ferrari, always. Like me, I can't say the opposite.
The generation that originated from the 458 Italia is a project that after ten years of development, on that chassis, still generates fantastic machines, such as the 458 Speciale, the 488 Gtb and then 488 Pista.
Porsche 918, LaFerrari and P1 are three hypercars with more or less aligned times, depending on the circuit.
Ferrari has worked and is working very well, for ten years now, refined and very performing projects.
I also have a lot of respect for Porsche, but I don't feel like making certain claims.

Supercars from Porsche are usually faster than supercars from Ferrari. Especially in the most important area for supercars. The most important abiliti for supercars is abiliti on the track, on the circuit. But lap time from Ferrari 488 Pista on Tom gear track and on many other track is absolutelly awesome. I would like lap time with Ferrari 488 Pista on the Nürburgring with the best and most objective test in the world > Sport auto germany supertest and with great racing driver Christian Gebhardt. I expect lap time in sport auto germany supertest 6:59 - 7:02.
