Also, Potenza Race is hypercar level tires??? Remember the fact that ur Giulia had better tires then the rest of the competition and didn’t beat most of it even at the time

The Giulia did beat the C63 and cadillac. The only "faster" one was the M3 Comp on track

IIRC it was level pegging the Caddy, and those 2 beat the Merc and the M3 was the fastest. Considering the ATS V had the thinnest tires after the Merc, weighed more then both and probably had the least actual horsepower, that’s even more impressive

What i see is that it's the fastest on a straight line and the 2nd quickest on track. Don't care if it was on better tires etc, other manufacturers should have equipped thwir cars better then.

They don’t put semi slicks onto the car bcuz they don’t see a point, yet Alfa still did. But let’s face it who cares, a Quattroporte is probably faster then all these cars on track ( @humana )

Anyway the point of the comment wasn’t to piss you off, the point is how fast these hatchbacks are getting cuz I’m pretty sure the Leon is one of the faster ones on track with the right tires like the rest of the competition

Also while I agree with you, using semi slicks is a great ‘marketing move’ the Potenza Race is not the best out there. I’m still quite certain a Cup 2 R or Trofeo RS are still better, the type hypercars actually use
