This thing and the RS6 keep getting compared to M5 Competition and AMG GT 4. And its not even close. I doubt even the eventual "Plus"model will be able to beat the AMG.

you'd have to blame the fwd tech they implement on their cars and then throw in a quattro option, because the car will handle better lol

Because its a powerful fast 4 door car, Similiar power, weight, price, Why else would it be compared?
I could care less if its slower, Its by FAR the best lookin 4 door of the bunch Frankly of Any(probably) 4 door car ever made IMO And if this is there only car, People who buy these are Highly unlikely taking them to the trsck every weekend, Laptimes are marketing gummicks and for people who take them there, This getting beat by an M5 or GT4 mean nothing.
