Slower than a 488. Overall both the f8 and the Evo were really slow. I wonder if the problem was the driver or the cars

The Evo probably loses out on tires. The F8 was a handful both corner entry and exits.

Nah, the tire compounds were both pretty much the same.

There is no possibility that both the Evo and F8 is going to be almost 3 sec slower than the Performante on the same tyres, driver and track conditions nor slower than the 488 GTB. Yet again we have more nonsense that ignorant peeps swallow as gospel as we both know.

the driver for Motor Trend at the Best Driver Car is always Randy Pobst, pro-driver, pretty consistent. the variable is not him.
Performante and Evo running on Trofeo R, 488 GTB on Cup 2, F8 Tributo on Cup 2 (not clear if Cup 2 R)
the thing is 488 GTB lapped in 2017, Performante in 2018, Evo-F8 in 2020.. so I guess only the last 2 can be directly compared

The lap time difference of 2.85 sec between the Performante and the Evo is excessive and if you ran both cars on the same day with TrofeoR's the difference should not be any more than 1.5 sec. Without knowing the conditions for both laps it's a guessing game as to why there's such a big difference..
