Slow, compared to previous times. Was it cold-ish, damp-ish weather or did they do something to the track?

I think they were not as slow everywhere. 2 seconds difference is big difference.

It depends on the track but when you compare the qualifying times it varies between 1-2 sec. I believe it was hot by UK standards so the weather did make a small difference.
