I think the Koenigsegg Jesko Absolut will be closer to around this time. The Attack is the Absolut with extra makeup and purfume.

Standing start also hurts Pagani. But yes, Huracan would not get as close as 0.7 seconds if it didn't have the amazing AWD launch.

Tyres. In TopGear they used special compound tyres. And it could be down to track layout and driver skills too.
