@Corvolet3 u were right with the facelift not being that dramatic. I read the autobild article and they said if they gave it just a bit more power it would beat the M2 (1:33.5) laptime

Yeah I have a sneaking suspicion they didn’t do anything massive cuz apparently there’s an RS3 GT coming…
I mean they could’ve transformed this car, they did with the S3 to the point that now it’s overshadowed by a Gol in performance

Sorry I meant that the new S3 driving dynamics and performance are now on a level with the Golf R and it costs less in some cases. I think Audi is really doing everything to make the S3 sell better

Oh I get it now. Yeah, for some reason they were more invested on the Golf R at first, and then suddenly went aboard with the S3. Or to put it simple, they didn't improve the S3 and it basically cost the same money if not more with options. Strange marketing strategy
