Wow, the Giulia was exactly 1.5 seconds faster than the C63 on a rather short track. Very impressive! But then again it's a much better car for the track and in general. The C63 is like the bread and butter car for posers who just wanna show off with their AMG badge. The Giulia is for enthusiasts.

C63 needs to go on a diet of 100 kg to come close to the Giulia QV. But then again, it's more of a luxury coupe too

The weird thing is that the C63 doesn't really compete with the M3/M4. At least not in terms of driving dynamics or materials. The C63 Coupe is most definitely like the M6 Coupe (not M8 Coupe), but it's only because there was no E63 Coupe. Which means the C63 Sedan, oddly being lighter than its Coupe variant, lands somewhere between an M3 and an M5.
EDIT: Back then, yes the two cars were indeed competitors (204 and E9x era). Nowadays, they aren't.

No its not?? The C63 Coupe was a direct M4 Rival, the closest Mercedes to the M6 is the S63.
