I think the important point of the video is that he was stund by the track service for the Xiaomi's club member. You can have your car transfered to the dealer's to adjust wheel alignment and suspention, and transfered it to the track before you hit the track, they even provide warehouse with constant temperature and humidity for you to store tires, let alone typical check and adjustments from technical support group on trackday, ALL FOR FREE, besides $550 member's fee per year that is, practically stealing.

After the 1:05.6 lap, the owner received this set of tires from Xiaomi to push the laptime record even more. The tire is a set of semi slick that came from a chinese tire brand, Sailun, they co-developed this set with Xiaomi specificly for the car. They claim the PT01 in the same spec will only be 0.1-0.2 slower than the trofeo rs per lap (in this scale), and will be much more durable and much cheaper at the same time.
The driver said that the temp is a bit low for semi and the soc is a little low too, otherwise this is capable of 1:03.
Seems the 325 rear needs the coilover shock absorber from the track pack to fit, as Xiaomi's CEO Leijun, said that it can be faster with both (the driver estimate it will be another one second) when repost this new record of stock road car of this track.

It could be 2-3 second faster with track pack's TROFEO RS 325 rear , that's 991.2 GT3RS with CUP2R territory, but with massage seats.
