Normally I add private laptimes only upon request (by whoever set them and uploaded the video). Unless it is like a Youtube series/Youtuber who does them multiple times and I can add it as a source organisation.

They are not source, they are aggregator. FL is also not a source for vast majority of lap times.

A website could be considered source if they actually had verified this lap time (were physically there for example) OR if they were the initial place where such lap time was published. For example - laptimes with GPS on FL.

For example, Nurburgring organisation (the offical Nurb website) could be used as a source for lap times which they were involved in certification of. But normally we use the manufacturer itself as source.
