That's lame man, Viper has a sucky 5th gear, if it weren't for that, things surly would have been different.

And sorry, that 14 seconds less it suposed to be in the ACR, but i'm pretty sure that the 2008 would never hit 200 mph :p

Also, in the video they just have one shot to do the 0-60 test ;) Maybe that's the reason

Also there's a some aerodynamics improvments on the 2010 ACR, cause all it's downforce doesn't let it go to higher speeds in the 2008 model.
That's one of the reasons that the ACR cut 10 seconds at Nurburgring ;)

Yep, but there's only a shorther video (2:57). The original lasts about 20 min :(.

Haha, mysteriously horrible LOL, someone's being sneaky and doesn't want the Viper to have good stats and be faster than some of they're cars haha. Oh, thanks for the info man! I was gonna say, the Viper had to be faster than that, haha, didn't know the 2010 Viper was that much of a difference from the 2008 Viper. So the Viper is about 20 grand less than the Zr1 and is about equally fast in a straight line, that's good. Oh, did you try watching it on youtube?

U can found a shorter version the Video (3 min long) but it doesn't show the:
-0-60 test: Viper: 4.0 ZR1:4.1
-Head to head 1 mile drag race.
Track test: 50.0 sec Vette 50.8 Viper
-Head to head lap time: Paul(Viper) beat Tanner(Vette)

The 2010 model it suposed to be around 15 seconds quicker in the 0-300km/h cause for 5th gear ratio correction ( way more shorter). And the Viper always has misteriously horrible results at european tests :/.
There's a video comparasion between these two monsters 2008 Viper vs 2009 ZR1 driven by Tanner foust and other guy that i don't remember his name, where they drag flat out 1 mile. The Viper was ahead the Corvette, until it shift the 5th gear and then the Corvette pass it easily. So if u compare it to the 2010 Model they should be equally fast in straight line, but to beat the ZR1 at the track u need an ACR :)
