It is Amazing To See That The Mercedes SLS AMG Roadster is Faster Than Porsche Carrera GT on Top Gear Track.

This is the final proof that TG test track have been modified as well reported in Ben Collins's book. Mercedes SLS AMG. 2s faster than the coupè ? Faster as a Carrera GT ? That car could have better supension set-up but its chassis is, of course, less stiffer than coupé.
1:21.60

I don't think that necessarily the case. The laptime from the SLS comes from Top Gear magazine. I haven't read it for a while but i can remember they once did a test with the Lamborghini Murcielago SV in Top gear magazine and it postest a laptime of 1:21 something aswell. My gues would be they don't give the Stig any time to get to know the car when they do tests for the magazine.

My guess must be right. The new stig is much faster than the old one. Look at the lap time of a normal SLS driven by the old stig. I don't believe the new electronic settings contribute this big difference...

you know that the Stig rank 3place in the F1 driver TopGear track compare... I don´t think that Bernd Schneider is able to produce better laptimes on a unknown track in a right hand drive (he drove left hand drive all the time) SLS ... getting used to sit on the wrong side on a unknown track takes a little bit more than 3/5laps to extract the full potential of a car..
