This is the Avanti Convertible, as introduced in 2001. The Avanti is inspired of the Studebaker Avanti of the 1960s. After Studebaker stoped production in 1965, the Avanti continued to be built by the Avanti Motor Company, this is the latest recreation. The engine is the LS1 engine built by GM.
